Because I want you all to have sexy and romantic Valentine’s Days, here are some Cole Porter lyrics to make you fall in love.

This is the most accurate Facebook movie of all.

Hello Reddit – I’m Bill Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Microsoft founder. Ask me anything.

And Reddit had another great thread about facts that are true but sound completely made up. As always, the comments are awesome.

I don’t want to make you jealous, but Raven is one of my totem animals and it just so happens that they are the smarty pants of the animal kingdom.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, I really liked this letter from Alexandra Franzen to the boy who broke her heart.

Looking back today, significantly more evolved and grown-up-ish, I know that I magnetized this man into my life because I didn’t feel worthy of real respect + affection. He mirrored the level of love — or lack thereof — that I felt for myself, at the time. I get it. It was a long time ago. I’ve grown. It’s OK.

I don’t know if you guys saw it, but The Biggest Loser concluded its 15th season last week, and the winner went from 260 lbs to 105 lbs. It’s been a firestorm of judgment and opinions about whether or not the winner got “too thin.” I think I’m under no illusions about the point of the show: you need to have lost the most weight on the day of the weigh-in. It’s not about losing weight and keeping it off. It’s only about the snapshot. So I guess I was not surprised, and not particularly worried. I presume (perhaps incorrectly) that she’ll put on 10 lbs in the next few days just by drinking water and eating solid food again.

Either way, I really loved this article from a CrossFit box owner about the reality of the long-term, and how to treat obese clients that come into the gym. I used to worry about not having the “perfect body” and it ruining my credibility as a gym owner, but then I realized that I’m not selling the “perfect body.” I’m selling “Weightlifting and CrossFit are for everyone.” I’m selling “In order for your body to be what it’s supposed to be, you need to be who you’re supposed to be.”

A little unusual for me to be posting anything like this here, but can you spot the sniper in these photos? I think I saw maybe 2 without help. Amazing!
